This Privacy Policy explains how FlowInvoice (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our invoicing application (“the App”).
The App is used by registered users (“you”) to create and send invoices, and by your clients who view invoices you share with them.
Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our platform provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address.
Business details: the business name, contact details, logo, and payment details you enter in Settings.
Client details: the names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses you save for your clients.
Invoice data: the invoices, line items, amounts, and notes you create in the App.
Usage data: basic analytics about how the App is used, such as which features are accessed.
To create and manage your account.
To generate, send, and track your invoices.
To send payment reminders for overdue invoices on your behalf.
To provide support and improve the App.
When you send an invoice, the App creates a link your client can open to view the invoice and download a PDF. These links contain a unique, hard-to-guess invoice reference so that only people who receive the link can view that invoice.
Your clients do not need an account to view an invoice through such a link.
The App is hosted by a third-party platform provider that stores data securely on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
If you sign in with Google, Google processes your sign-in under Google's own privacy policy.
Your data is stored with access controls so that only you can see your clients, invoices, and settings. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the App's Settings screen.
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at mood22snap@gmail.com.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you within the App or by email.
